Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer three delivery methods to meet the needs of every customer: White-Glove Delivery, Curbside Delivery, and Parcel Post Shipping. Please review the details below before placing your order.


White-Glove DeliveryRate: $499.00

Our in-house team provides limited assembly and in-home placement for most furniture orders.

There may be circumstances that involve excessive stair carry over 2 stories - These situations would incur an additional $25.00 per each floor charge, over the 2 floor minimum.  Example 3 stories $499.00 + 25 =$524.00 

Included:

  • Delivery into the room of your choice 

  • Blanket-wrapped protection during transport for most of our hardwood furniture - limited vendors will box items

  • Basic assembly (e.g. attaching legs to tables, placing hutch tops, assembling bed frames)

Not Included:

  • Mounting or hanging items on walls (e.g. artwork, mirrors, shelving)

  • Installing wall beds or attaching any items to walls

  • Crib assembly, bunk beds, mirrors on dressers
  • Hanging lighting or any electrical installation

  • Hoisting items to upper floors, rooftops, or via windows/balconies

  • Removing doors, railings, or other fixed features to fit items into spaces

Please measure stairways, hallways and doorways carefully before ordering. Our delivery team cannot make structural changes to your space to accommodate furniture.  We cannot be responsible for orders that do not fit.  


Curbside DeliveryFlat Rate: $299 or Free with Select Orders

For this option, items will be delivered outside your home—typically to a front porch, garage, or driveway.

What to Expect:

  • Delivery is made to the curb or nearest ground-level entrance

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to carry items inside and assemble them

  • Items may arrive blanket-wrapped or boxed, depending on the product 

Curbside delivery is ideal for customers comfortable with moving and assembling items themselves.


Free Shipping Offers

Select products or orders may qualify for free curbside delivery as part of a promotion. Free shipping eligibility will be clearly marked on applicable product pages or during checkout.


Parcel Post Delivery – Free Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

What to Expect:

  • Delivery to your mailbox or doorstep (no signature required unless specified)

  • Most parcel items ship in boxes with protective packaging

  • Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships

Ideal for small decor, accessories, and sample kits.


Delivery & Processing Times

  • In-stock parcel items typically ship within 1–7 business days.

  • Furniture and large pieces Our furniture builders lead-times can vary by builder from 6 to 18 weeks to schedule delivery based on your location and furniture builders production times, these lead-times can change during the Holiday's and Amish Wedding Season, and can add to your delivery time - Each order will be updated with an approximate completion date, we will then be able to schedule your delivery.  Typical lead-times can range from 6 to 18 weeks or in some occasions, even longer.  You can contact us (856)423-0004 ore email info@afinityfurniture.com ahead of placing your order to get an approximate lead-time on the furniture pieces you are interested in.

  • You will receive a tracking number or a delivery scheduling call/email once your order is ready to ship.

General Shipping Notes

  • We ship most furniture using blanket-wrapped protection for added care, though some items may arrive boxed or partially disassembled.

  • Delivery times vary based on product availability and destination. You will be notified when your order is scheduled for delivery.

Return Policy

At Affinity Furniture, we take pride in offering high-quality, handcrafted Amish furniture tailored specifically to your preferences. Each piece is made to order, reflecting your unique choices in wood type, size, finish, and design.

Made-to-Order, Non-Returnable Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled,returned, or refunded.


We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • All furniture is handcrafted specifically for you based on your selected specifications.
  • Each item is individually built by skilled Amish artisans, making it one-of-a-kind and not eligible for resale.

Order Accuracy & Approval

To ensure satisfaction:

  • Please double-check your order details (wood species, finish, dimensions, etc.) before submitting.
  • If you have any questions prior to ordering, our team is happy to assist.

Damage During Delivery

We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged:

  • Inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival.
  • If you notice any damage or defects, note it with the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to repair or replace the damaged portion of your order as quickly as possible.

Manufacturer Defects

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description.
  • We will review the claim and, if approved, coordinate appropriate repair or replacement options.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item (Unless item was defective or damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide shipping labels for returns. 

  • When returning large orders we recommend adding shipping insurance. 

Clearance Items

  • All Clearance items are sold as-is and cannot be returned for any reason
